Beating Mathematics
Come and discover mathematics you can listen to, in a mathematical exploration of rhythm through a broad selection of musical genres - including classical, rock, metal, alt, rap, goth, jazz, folk. We then look further as repeating rhythms arise illustrated by calendar construction, to never ending chess,, to particle accelerators and origami.
You do not need to have any musical or mathematical knowledge - but come prepared to tap and beat along as our on-stage drummer demonstrates mathematical principles.
