Background

This scholarship has been established to support new high performance athletes at La Trobe succeed in their sporting and academic pursuits.


Are you eligible to apply?

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident
  • be intending to enrol in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree in Semester 1 2020 at La Trobe or
  • be continuing in your undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at La Trobe in Semester 1 2020
  • be an elite athlete as confirmed by the La Trobe Elite Athlete Program
  • be a high performance athlete endorsed by their respective National Sporting Organisation or Institute

Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:

Recipients will be selected by La Trobe Sport based on your sporting ability - at the highest level, including your recent national and international achievements and your expected selection into a Commonwealth and/or Olympic Games team in the next 5 years.
