When completing the "book a men's wellbeing appointment", please make sure to select "I would like to link in with a Specialist Counselling & Wellbeing Program" as your option that best describes your circumstances

After booking an appointment

One of our team will be in touch for a quick chat to establish how we can best be of help, answer any questions and book you in for a session. Alternatively, we might discuss external referral options too.

Your first counselling session

In our first session we talk about:

  • what goals you would like to set for your yourself
  • what you would like to change
  • what you would like to achieve
  • what's happening in your world.

Sessions are relaxed, confidential and informal.

About the men’s wellbeing counsellor

Our Men’s Health and Wellbeing Counsellor is a fully qualified counselling psychologist who adheres to a professional code of ethics. The service is free and confidential. Students from any campus can access the service face-to-face or via Zoom/ phone
