Internet of Things (IOT)

If you are living on campus and would like to connect your Gaming Console or Smart TV to a wireless network, you can request your device be granted access to the IOT wireless network.

Many devices, including gaming consoles, Smart TVs, and some streaming devices, are not compatible with the eduroam wireless network. To support these types of devices for students living on campus, La Trobe provides access to the IOT wireless network, which is specifically designed for some non-eduroam-compatible equipment.
