John Richards Agricultural Scholarships
Background
Mr Frederick (John) Richards OAM, wishes to expand his support for the north east corridor of Victoria through the establishment of perpetual scholarships to be named 'The John Richards Agricultural Scholarships' to support students in agriculture with view to them contributing to economic and sustainable development in the field of agriculture in this region.
Are you eligible to apply?
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:
- an Australian Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
- aged between 18 and 25 years old at 1 January 2023
- enrolling into their first year of their Undergraduate degree in 2023 at a regional campus in:
Bachelor of Agriculture
Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Agribusiness)
Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:
- Satisfy the eligibility criteria
- High academic achievement (ATAR)

The are no applications for this scholarship. Eligible candidates will be considered and assessed once they accept their La Trobe University offer.
