• 18/5/12 Resolved Issue: Entering marks in gradebook - Entering marks in gradebook. In a gradebook displaying more than 100 students per page, it was not possible to update a grade for the 101st and subsequent students.  This error has now been resolved.
• 10/5/12 Known Issue: Export from gradebook not working - This issue involves attempts to export from the gradebook failing; only the column headers from the gradebook appear, with no student data present. Netspot has advised this is due to calculations in the gradebook referencing quizes and activities that have been deleted, a fix can be found on the Known Issues page.
• 24/04/2012 Known Issue: Students unable to see feedback for assignments - Recently there have been a number of incidents involving students not being able to see feedback for assignments.  Netspot advises this is a known issue and have provided a work around, visit the Known Issues page for more information.
• 1/03/2012 Known Issue: PDFs in the LMS - The behaviour of PDF files is inconsistent when staff and students click on links to PDFs within the LMS. The exact behaviour will vary depending on the software installed on your computer. Generally, the problem is that links configured to open PDFs within a browser fail to do so. The result may be that the PDF is downloaded, an error message is displayed, or the web page the PDF is trying to open in remains blank. Visit the Known Issues page for more info and a fix.
