I understand * Residing refers to the location where you physically live. If you live on campus, that address will be considered — however, only if the campus is located in a rural area (MMM2–MMM7). Residency is based solely on your actual place of living, not your family or permanent home address. Only time spent physically living in a rural location will count toward rural residency status.
I understand * Applicants who submit fraudulent documents, attempt to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in misconduct during the application process may face a ban on future applications if their actions are deemed fraudulent. Consequences in such cases may include the cancellation of an application, withdrawal of an admission offer, or cancellation of enrolment

Please provide TWO statements to show your commitment to community. Each statement is limited to 700 characters.

If you are invited to an interview, your statements will be used to inform the interview questions. De-identified responses may also be used for research and evaluation to improve selection into medicine.
