Health clinics and privacy
Our clinics (Podiatry, Psychology and Communication) will collect personal information about you so we can keep up-to-date details about your needs and care for you in the best possible way.
We use this information to better manage and plan these services. Your information can only be seen by the service providers in the relevant clinic involved in your care.
We may also disclose this information to referrers and/or external agencies with your consent, or if required by law. If your personal information is not provided to us we may be unable to provide appropriate services as requested. You may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you subject to any exemptions in relevant laws, by contacting the relevant clinic.

Our clinics respect the privacy of your personal information. Information collected via the clinic's will be used in accordance with the University's privacy policies:
You have the right to information that will enable you to make informed choices about the range of services available to you.
You also have the right to access certain information held about you in accordance with the University's privacy policies and under the Freedom of Information Act (Vic). Please refer our Freedom of Information page.
You have the right to complain to our Privacy Officer if you believe there has been an act or practice of the University that has interfered with your privacy.
