Dedicated services to help you succeed.

Studying a diploma at La Trobe? We’ve got your back. With our tailored support services, you’ll have the tools you need to smash your goals.

Welcome to La Trobe

When you do your diploma here, you get more than just a piece of paper – you also get a full suite of support services and a taste of university life. Whether you want to head straight into your career after graduating, or continue on with a La Trobe degree, we’re here to help you achieve your goals.

Got a question during your diploma?

Your own personal Student Advisor and Peer Mentors will be on hand to offer tailored, one-on-one guidance. We also provide a wide range of health and wellbeing services to keep your mind and body healthy while you study. And to top it all off, our career services will help you graduate with a clear plan for achieving your career goals.

Best of all, these services are available to diploma students across all La Trobe campuses and all modes of study.

Work with your own personal Student Advisor, who’ll be on hand to support you from enrolment through to graduation. Your advisor will get in touch with you when you first enrol and connect you with all the services and support you need to begin your diploma with confidence. You’ll be able to reach out to your Student Advisor for ongoing support and advice while you study.

Get advice from a Peer Mentor – a more experienced student from your area of study. Working with a peer mentor is a great way to learn more about the different programs and processes you’ll encounter at La Trobe and get tips on balancing study with your other work and life commitments. It’s also a way to make new friendships and build your community at La Trobe.
