Changes to the APA referencing style are here, say goodbye to APA 6 and hello to APA 7. There is no need to panic if you have just gotten comfortable using APA 6, the changes are only minimal. The Library has a new APA 7 Guide in the Academic Referencing Tool available to make transitioning to APA 7 easy.
For undergraduate students, if you don’t know which version to use, refer to your subject guide. Researchers and postgraduate students who use EndNote to manage references can update to APA 7 by downloading the APA 7 output style, then select the APA7 style in your document and update your reference list.
If you have any questions about the APA 7 style contact the Library.
