Customer insights and analytics in telecoms from social media
Telecommunication businesses succeed when they have a strong customer base, combined with high customer retention. The growth and widespread use of social media can enable companies to learn about and meet their customers needs in real time.
We are currently developing a framework that explores real-time customer insights from social media for telecom operators.
