Aboriginal women’s tenacious steadfast achievements, contributions, love and guidance has created a solid foundation for the ever-changing journey of Aboriginal Australians. Their resilience and strength passed down from generation to generation has ensured the survival of the oldest living culture on earth.

The last decade has seen a sharp increase in school graduations, last year marriage equality was recognised, last week a Victorian Treaty (230 years in the making) was approved through the Victorian Parliament, and everyday an Aboriginal woman is achieving a goal once thought impossible under colonial law.
