Customer Experience

The customer experience area looks after service quality across the University, including students, staff, community, partners and visitors of La Trobe University. The area carries out a number of initiatives all aimed at increasing student and staff satisfaction through being personalised, agile and responsive. Feedback, including suggestions, issues and compliments can be registered on the homepages of the La Trobe University website and the staff intranet (access to this site is restricted).
