Background

This award is administered by the Bendigo Tertiary Education Anniversary Foundation and was established from an initial donation by the Computer Science and Computer Engineering Department at Bendigo. The award is made to a Bendigo IT student who has demonstrated outstanding understanding and achievement in the subject Professional Environment during the final year of their course.

Are you eligible to apply?

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in the subject Professional Environment
  • Be enrolled as a current student in an Information Technology course at the Bendigo Campus

Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:

  • Demonstrated ability to present and lead discussion in an IT industry relevant issue.
  • Demonstrated outstanding understanding of ethical issues for the IT profession.
  • Achievement of an average grade of A for the subject, Professional Environment.

    No application is required for this award. The award is determined by La Trobe University and will be awarded on merit and academic performance.
