COVID19 Vaccination Privacy Collection Notice

As part of the La Trobe University's (University) ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are making COVID-19 vaccination a requirement for attending our campuses to minimise the risk of COVID-19 to our community. This aligns with the Victorian Government's roadmap and public health directions about onsite learning and work. The University's COVID-19 Vaccination Procedure can be found here.

The University respects the privacy of your personal information. We will treat the information we collect from you as confidential information, will hold it securely in approved University enterprise systems and will only use this information to:

  • facilitate the University preventing and managing the risk of COVID-19 transmission
  • ensure compliance with public health directions applicable to the University from time to time
  • support compliance with third party requirements when undertaking University activities off Campus
