La Trobe x St. Vincent’s Private Innovation Sprint

St Vincent’s Private Hospital has a challenge – do you have the solution?

Delivered in partnership with St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, this Innovation Sprint is an immersive event designed to inspire collaboration, teach innovative thinking, and foster solutions to tackle a workforce challenge in the health sector:

How might we create a more meaningful, connected, and effective orientation experience for new staff at St. Vincent’s Private - one that sets them up for success from day one?

In teams, you will tackle this real-world challenge using a 'Design Thinking' approach. This human-centred, problem-solving framework will help you explore the needs of staff, prototype creative solutions, and test ideas with impact in mind.

The Innovation Sprint is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a vibrant, engaging environment where your ideas can influence workplace culture and help shape the next generation of healthcare on-boarding.

Innovate. Collaborate. Elevate your employability.
