SCALE HUB

La Trobe University’s Scale Hub, located on Level 4 of Eagleworks Innovation Centre, supports Life Sciences companies seeking growth and scaling of their business through access to specialist infrastructure, flexible space configuration and support services. Scale Hub provides scale-ups and industry-embedded ventures with pathways to commercial scale, alignment with funding and co-investment schemes and access to our university assets, research capabilities, industry partners and student ecosystem.

CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR INDUSTRY

Location

Located on Level 4 of the Eagleworks Innovation Centre and within the core of the Bundoora campus. Adjacent to La Trobe Institute of Molecular Sciences that houses our comprehensive research platforms and support services.

Infrastructure

Existing building infrastructure support for Life Sciences companies including HVAC, 3 phase power, Reverse Osmosis water, piped gases and IT network. Conveniently located on the top floor of the building, to support mounting of additional equipment.

Logistics Support

Adjacent to La Trobe stores, that provide support for all in-bound and out-bound goods including all types of cold storage.

La Trobe Platforms

Access to La Trobe core research facilities and platform technologies.

Amenities

Dedicated onsite operations support including support by La Trobe Infrastructure & Operations, access to La Trobe library, La Trobe stores for ordering and dispatch, secure 24/7 access, campus wide internet and printing, shared kitchen, and meeting rooms.
