Climate control

A climate control charge of $80 per hour applies for the following hours.

Staff overtime

Staff overtime charges apply for the following hours.  They vary from approximately $35 to $70 per hour.

First aid, emergencies and security

Campus staff are first aid trained, act as building warden and building security liaisons.

Your responsibilities

We require you to:

  • provide staff to help with the setup, running and cleanup of your event. Campus staff will do basic room setup duties and help with minor requests for support. However, they are not available to run functions or provide cleanup services
  • return the venue to its original state at the end of your event
