The School Locker

Online at our School Locker, you can obtain textbooks, general office stationery, uniforms and La Trobe branded clothing.

Lecture theatre

Our lecture theatre seats over 150 guests. As well as providing a perfect place for lectures, it is a fantastic resource for forums and conferences. The lecture theatre is equipped with modern technology and is complemented by an outward-facing foyer. We have a kitchenette available, which is ideal for catering before and after events.

Food on campus

La Moka Cafe

Accommodating an extensive variety of dietary options, La Moka Café is open from Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm. La Moka offer on and off-site catering options. La Moka offers a whole range of services, including:

  • small corporate lunches
  • dinners
  • platters
  • barbecues.

TAFE Cafeteria

Wodonga TAFE's cafeteria is open to the public and located on the ground floor of Building A. The cafeteria is open Monday to Thursday, until 4.00pm and Fridays, until 3.00pm.

Library

Our David Mann Library has a range of study spaces, computers, wireless internet, photocopying and print services. It's a shared facility with Wodonga TAFE.

With access to world-class journal articles, student computers and Peer Leaning Advisor (PLA), the library is a fantastic space for both a quiet study and group discussions. Our library network also allows you to borrow material not only from your local campus, but also libraries on all other campuses. Our dedicated library staff can assist with research and other information needs. Our extensive collection of eBooks, online journals and other electronic resources are accessible 24/7.

There are many childcare centres in Wodonga. Those listed here are located within 2km of the campus:

Breastfeeding

We are an accredited Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace and continue to provide a breastfeeding-friendly environment, with a breastfeeding/parenting room located on Level 2, Michael J Osborne Building (Building 4), in room 4244.

The room is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, table, recliner chair, toilet and basin, to meet the needs of student and staff mothers continuing their work or study while breastfeeding at the Albury-Wodonga campus.

Many women return to full-time or part-time work or study after having children. Many of these children are breastfed while their mothers work or study. We support and value the importance of having the time and space to provide food for their babies, whether by expressing milk or breastfeeding.

Religious space

We have a multi-faith prayer room available, which is located on level 2, in AW4, room 4250.

Indigenous student learning lounge

Indigenous students are encouraged to use the designated space in AW4, room 4235. The room is equipped with:

  • tea and coffee making facilities
  • microwave and fridge
  • study stations with computer access.

This study space is also for relaxing area for Indigenous students. It has a nice, comfy couch for students to veg-out on.
