Aspire applications are open to current Year 12 students only.

Conditional offers will be released from Tuesday 6 October 2026. Confirmed course offers will be released during the first round of VTAC/UAC offers.

No, all applications are assessed at the same time after applications close.

As an Aspire student, if you go on overseas placement or study abroad, we'll attach your Travel Bursary to your study abroad package.*

If you’re eligible, you can apply for all Aspire streams. This can increase your chances of getting an early conditional offer into your preferred course. However, each stream has different requirements and you must meet them all to apply.

Each stream has a range of courses available, so make sure your preferred course is offered when you select your Aspire streams.

To get the best possible chances of acceptance, ensure you list your course as the highest eligible preference when you apply to VTAC. This is because during formal VTAC offer rounds you can only receive one formal VTAC offer.

Yes. Some Aspire courses are capped and highly competitive, including the Bachelor of Dental Science and selected Allied Health and Law programs. The application form requests you to list at least two course preferences in case your preferred course reaches capacity.

VTAC ID: You will need to register with VTAC to obtain a VTAC ID.  Students can submit their Aspire application to us and provide their VTAC ID at later date, up until applications close on Friday 4 September 2026.

VCAA number: Your VCAA number is provided to you by your school and can be supplied at the time of application, or submit the Aspire application and provide the VCAA number at a later date, until applications close on Friday 4 September 2026.
