Group Exercise Studio
The Bendigo Sports Centre has a Group Training Studio where we host a variety of group fitness classes for you to enjoy.
All classes are designed to provide a full-body workout which helps to improve energy levels, strength, endurance and to make you feel the best you can be all in a fun welcoming environment.
Classes run for 45 minutes and are included within our existing Signature Memberships. No bookings are required, simply arrive five minutes prior to your class (download our Group Fitness timetable below).
Group Fitness Classes
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a training method made up of quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. Get ready to improve your stamina and performance.
Increase your cardio endurance during this class by increasing and lowering your heart rate. Not only will you work your heart but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength.
A combination of aerobic conditioning and strength training for all levels that brings variety to your fitness regimen. Instructors design your workout using a combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercises.
This interval-based style of training revolves around time-based exercises with short but acute stress on the body, providing optimal fat burning results. Tabata includes a wide variety of resistance and aerobic exercises for guaranteed results.
An exciting, metabolic raising, calorie-burning circuit class using resistance and bodyweight exercises targeting strength, power, agility and cardiovascular efficiency!
