Sign up for one of LabArchives’s ELN for Research webinars. These are available twice a month.

Check out the training videos on LabArchives’s youtube channel. Again, it’s the ones for the Professional Edition that you need – La Trobe does not currently use the Classroom Edition.

Please contact the Director, Research Infrastructure if you would like to organise a group training session.

The next in-person group training session will be held in early 2023.

General enquiries about the Online Research Notebook can be directed to the Director, Research Infrastructure or the Library's Research Team.

Application support for the Online Research Notebook is available to all La Trobe researchers from LabArchives LLC. Contact the LabArchives Support Team to report a problem or ask for assistance.

Support is also available at monthly Digital Research Drop In sessions.

Researchers requiring assistance with custom widget development should contact IS via Ask Services.
