Governance
The OTARC Advisory Committee meets quarterly to oversee the Centre’s direction and operations.
Our decision-making is delegated across its staff members. We also comply with various La Trobe University policies and processes, and are obliged to report our activities regularly.
However, we rely on the input of our Advisory Committee members:
- to ensure our long-term sustainability
- to provide advice on maximising the value of the generous bequest we received from Mrs Olga Tennison AO
- to represent community perspectives on our overall strategic direction.
All of these members volunteer their time, for which we are very grateful.
