Scholarships

Current and future students at Sydney Campus can receive scholarships which recognise academic performance and previous relationships with the campus.

Scholarships are available for students who are a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand and be applying to start an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.
  • Be a new International student applying for 2022/2023 intakes.
  • Be a full fee-paying student (Non-sponsored).

* *WAM = Weighted Average Mark equivalent in each country
* No application required. Applicants will be automatically considered for the scholarship after submitting an application for Bachelor or
Master courses at the Sydney campus.
* Recipients must be full fee-paying international students and must meet the University’s academic and English language entry requirements
at the commencement date of their course.
* Scholarships are limited and valid only for eligible degrees.

Based on the Weighted Average Mark (WAM) achieved in Foundation or Diploma studies, students may be awarded a La Trobe
Progression Scholarship for the duration of their La Trobe Bachelor’s degree at Sydney Campus.
