Pavilion function room
Our Pavilion function room has a beautiful 360-degree balcony view, overlooking our AFL Main Oval, Baseball Diamond and synthetic pitch. It also offers a glimpse at Melbourne’s central business district.
Located at our Bundoora Campus, the room is equipped with a state-of-the-art multi-functional audio-visual system. This room can be used to host a variety of events and functions and can accommodate up to 132 seated guests.

We offer AV system inductions prior to the use of the function room to give you peace of mind heading into your event.

Vehicles are only permitted to park in the designated parking areas of the University. The closest car park is Car Park 2A, with an overflow into Car Park 2 and Car Park 1.
All parking spaces on the Melbourne campus require a valid permit Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Parking outside of these hours is free. The best way to pay for casual parking is to use Cell-O-Park Pay As You Go.
Pavilion security may be made mandatory for large and out of hours events at an additional cost to the customer. This will be agreed and charged at La Trobe Sport’s discretion.
