Campus Extension

Work to deliver an exciting extension to our campus will commence in mid-2023.
First announced in 2019, the campus extension is supported by an investment from the University, along with Commonwealth Government funding, and will deliver a larger campus that ensures that La Trobe’s Shepparton students have the best possible experience.
We are excited to be doubling the capacity of our clinical nursing laboratory, expanding library and student study spaces and incorporating a flexible community events and gallery space to encourage more industry engagement and collaboration in our region.

Community
Community members can contact the Campus office via shepparton@latrobe.edu.au for further information.
To enable the campus expansion to be delivered, areas of the campus are partially unavailable while building works are underway. This includes existing teaching spaces, unavailable until around October 2024.
During this time, the campus is still open to students. Student services and programs including ASK La Trobe, Student Advising, Indigenous Engagement, La Trobe Student Association and the Library continue to be available on-site during the building works.
In addition to these services, other campus teams are also working from desks on the ground floor.
Community members can contact the Campus office via shepparton@latrobe.edu.au for further information.
Your classes will be located at either:
- GOTAFE 152 - 200 Fryers Street
- Most Nursing classes: Nursing Hub, Level 2, 151 – 153 Fryers Street (entry on Corio Street)
Visit the Shepparton Temporary Campus Map to view these locations.
Details for each of your classes are available on your timetable in Allocate+.
These locations have been selected to minimise the amount of travel you need to undertake.
During Orientation on Wednesday 26 July and the first week of Semester 2, tours will be available to help you familiarise yourself with the locations of your classes.
