Orientation: Online orientation and orientation module

Congratulations on joining the La Trobe research community! A Graduate Research Degree is your chance to grow as a researcher, and to contribute original and valuable knowledge to your discipline and the world. We are excited to meet you and to help you get started on your researcher journey.

Online orientation

Research candidates can commence their studies at any time during the year, so the Graduate Research School offers regular orientation sessions online. Candidates based at Bundoora, Bendigo, Albury-Wodonga, Mildura, Shepparton, and External campuses are all invited to attend.

The online learning tool, Growing Researchers Online (GRO): Orientation, can be accessed at any time, including before your candidature starts.
