Our University City of the Future journey is taking its next step with a refresh of the campus masterplan, which will set out how the campus might grow and develop in the future.

We will drive job growth with a focus on core industry sectors in which La Trobe demonstrates existing world-class research and innovation: Agriculture, Food and Environment; Health and Wellbeing; Digital Technology and Transformation.
Our Research and Innovation Precinct will promote the study, research, development and communication of ideas to solve real-world regional and global challenges, and industry, government, academics and students alike will profit from being at the forefront of leading research and educational excellence across existing and emerging industries.
We will work closely with sector-leading partners to co-develop and co-deliver new subjects, courses and programs which directly address workforce needs. Our plans also include brokering relationships between industry, entrepreneurs and government to help foster a culture of collaboration.
