Student accommodation in Ballarat, Melton, Mildura and Shepparton are homes among residential areas with ease of access to regional life and amenities. These homes cater mostly for placement and dentistry rotation students, as well as students doing regional courses for a semester or year.

Choose the campus/location you want to live at

Enter all required personal details and accept Terms and Conditions
Name, gender, date of birth, nationality, etc.

Submit your application

Once your application is reviewed and eligibility requirements are met, a conditional offer will be emailed to your email address

Follow the steps outlined in your conditional offer to activate your account and accept your offer
Important Notes:
- Please be aware that until you have completed the above steps, we are unable to secure your place in student accommodation. Any incomplete acceptance of this offer may result in your offer lapsing after the due date, and this room type no longer being available.
- Please ensure your application is submitted and the above listed steps are completed at least two weeks prior to your requested check-in date. If this deadline is not adhered to, we cannot guarantee you a room.
- Please note that linen is not provided, students are required to source their own.
- Instruction on how to gain access to your room will be emailed to you prior to your check-in date.
