Aspire applications for all streams ( Community Impact, Academic Impact & Everyday Impact) close at 11:59pm Friday 4 September 2026

You can list up to three (3) preferences in each Aspire stream. However, you can receive one (1) conditional offer per stream for one of the courses you've preferenced in your application.  If you do not meet the criteria, you may be provided an alternate offer.

You can apply for all Aspire streams if you’re eligible, so you'll increase your chances of getting more than one early conditional offer into your preferred course.

However, there are different requirements for each stream, so make sure you check that you meet all requirements. Each stream has a range of courses available, so it's important to make sure the course you intend to study is available to the Aspire streams you're planning to apply for.

To get the best possible chances of acceptance, you'll need to ensure that you list your course as the highest eligible preference when you apply to VTAC – as at the time of the formal VTAC offer round you can only receive 1 formal VTAC offer.

A condition of your Aspire offer is that it is your highest eligible preference through VTAC or UAC.

This means that the course needs to be the highest course on your preference list for which you meet the requirements, because the Aspire offer is only available in the first VTAC offer round.
