ReGeN: Reducing Gender-based Violence Network

Stay connected with Gender-based Violence Research at La Trobe University

The ReGEN Network promotes collaboration and partnerships to advance innovative research, evaluation and knowledge translation of projects and programs that aim to reduce gender-based violence.

About Us

Gender-based violence is a public health and human rights issue affecting the health and well-being of everyone across the globe, and in particular, women and children. The ReGEN Network has been established to draw together the breadth of expertise across La Trobe University working on this important issue.

The ReGEN Network aims to

  • Strengthen and grow La Trobe’s internal and external collaboration and partnerships on gender-based violence research
  • Foster innovation in gender-based violence research, evaluation and knowledge translation
  • Build the capacity of our students and early career researchers through support and mentorship

Please contact the network at regen.network@latrobe.edu.au and Desireé LaGrappe, ReGEN Network chair, at D.LaGrappe@latrobe.edu.au.

The ReGEN Network is funded and administered by the Reducing Gender-Based Violence Research Group at the Violet Vines Marshman Centre for Rural Health Research at La Trobe Rural Health School.
