Open Access Week

21-27 October 2019 | #OAweek

Open Access Week, a global event now entering its tenth year, is an opportunity for the academic and research community to continue to learn about the potential benefits of Open Access, to share what they’ve learned with colleagues, and to help inspire wider participation in helping to make Open Access a new norm in scholarship and research.

#OAweek now has over 100 countries participating every year! Find out more about international Open Access Week.

The Open Access Week theme for 2019 is ‘Open for Whom? Equity in Open Knowledge’.

At La Trobe, we have created an annual #OAweek program for many years now. This year, it’s bigger than ever, with everyone being able to participate!

Getting involved

All researchers at all levels are invited to participate.
