SST-SPOL

Single Session Thinking - Self-paced online

CPD hours: 7

In this fully self‑paced online course, you will learn how to work purposefully and collaboratively with clients from the outset—focusing on what matters most to them while still supporting ongoing work when requested. Grounded in research and clinical experience, SST offers a practical response to the reality that many clients attend only one session, and that this can often be enough.
Led by Australia’s key SST developers, Professor Jeffrey Young and Pam Rycroft, the course combines theory, practice principles and real‑world examples. You will gain practical tools, guidelines and implementation strategies to confidently apply SST in your own practice or organisation, enhancing accessibility, effectiveness and client‑led outcomes.
