COVID-19 Update: Changes to library services from 5 August

Our libraries remain open as study spaces across all campuses (except Mildura) for students who cannot study from home during this time.

Following the Premier's announcement yesterday, new COVID restrictions are now in place across Victoria. Full details are available on the DHHS Coronavirus website.

Our libraries remain open as study spaces across all campuses (except Mildura) for students who cannot study from home during this time, with the following changes:

  • There are no face-to-face services, however virtual services will continue as normal.
  • Current opening hours remain.
  • Group study and meeting rooms are closed.
  • All due dates for loans and collection for holds (requests) will be extended. You will not need to return items until restrictions are lifted.

When visiting our libraries, you must adhere to COVID safe practices as required by the Government, including physical distancing requirements, wearing a face mask or covering and signing into each building using the QR code system.
