LIMS Fellow Cohort
Our Fellows Cohort is an initiative to accelerate career progression and foster long-term success for our high-achieving Early-and Mid-Career Researchers (EMCRs).
Offered to EMCRs who hold, or are on track to secure, an independent research fellowship, the LIMS Fellows Cohort offers research mentoring, training and networking opportunities to help emerging scientific leaders capitalise on their research success and grow their careers.
The LIMS Fellows Cohort program aims to:
- Build a thriving community that enables peer-to-peer learning, support, and meaningful collaboration.
- Empower Early- and Mid-Career Researchers (EMCRs) by co-developing career pathways and networks, helping the cohort grow together in a supportive and collegial environment.
- Provide an inclusive and positive space where researchers can thrive within LIMS.
- Amplify talent and celebrate success by promoting and championing the achievements of LIMS Fellows Cohort
- Maximise participants’ success by equipping them with the tools, networks, and opportunities needed to advance their research careers.
By offering a supportive environment to conduct innovative research, develop strong connections across disciplines and learn new skills to capitalise on their expertise, the LIMS Fellows Cohort equips our high achievers with the tools, networks and guidance they need to become scientific leaders.
