OPQ App
The OPQ (Observing Practice Quality) is an easy-to-use tool designed to assess the quality of staff support, using observation.
It has been developed into an app and there is a free online training resource about how to observe and use the OPQ. The OPQ can be used by frontline supervisors and service managers as the basis of feedback to help staff to improve their practice. It can also be used by auditors and quality assurance assessors to evaluate service quality.
