Help shape the future of Australia’s healthcare workforce. La Trobe University, St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, the Australian School of Entrepreneurship (ASE), and the Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH) are joining forces and hosting a free, two‑day digital health innovation sprint to tackle the critical skills gap in healthcare.

Date: Thursday 28 May and Friday 29 May 2026
Time: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (both days)
Format: In-person
Dress Code: Neat business attire
Venue: La Trobe University Sydney Campus. 255 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.

Working in teams, you’ll co‑design solutions that help public and private health staff - especially nurses - build advanced digital clinical capabilities. Across two days, you’ll dive into digital health innovations, ongoing clinical training challenges, e‑health tools, and regulatory barriers.

This event is open to:

  • Current La Trobe University Sydney Campus students (Undergraduate or Postgraduate, any discipline).
  • La Trobe alumni who graduated within the last three years.
  • Applicants must be based in Sydney or New South Wales.

Note: We will group participants into teams of five, for a total of 40 to 50 participants.
