Meet Your Hosts

Emily Muraca is the founder of Alba Moon  and co-host of In Her Season. Passionate about supporting women through life's many transitions, Emily creates spaces and conversations that help women feel seen, supported, and less alone.

Alana Linklater is a birth doula, educator, and co-host of In Her Season. She supports women and families through transformative life stages and is dedicated to fostering conversations that build connection, confidence, and understanding.
