From Commitment to Change: Enablers and Barriers to EDI Progress

Join us online for the official launch of La Trobe University’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy and Framework.

La Trobe University's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy demonstrates our commitment to create an environment where every member of our community* —staff, students, alumni, and partners—feels respected, valued, and empowered. Using a strengths-based and intersectional approach, it promotes and supports inclusivity for everyone at La Trobe University. Together, through commitment and action, we will create a vibrant, inclusive, and equitable university.

The panel will share lived experience and expertise to explore what drives – and what hinders – real progress on EDI in organisations.

This is an opportunity for staff, students and partners to learn more about the Strategy and Framework and to join a meaningful dialogue on how we can collectively advance EDI at La Trobe.
