Express your interest

This project has been funded by Living Positive Victoria, and will help to improve services and programs for trans and gender diverse people living with HIV.

We are working closely with an advisory group of members of Living Positive Victoria, Equinox, and Transgender Victoria, and trans and gender diverse people living with HIV. Our advisory group has helped design the study.

What's involved?

If you agree to join the study, we will make a time to interview you. We will ask you about your experiences as a trans and gender diverse person living with HIV, including your experiences with health systems, social connection, and support. We can interview you in person, or by phone or video call. The interview will take about 60 minutes, plus the time you need to travel. The interview will be in English. We will give you a $100 gift card to thank you for your time.

Your participation in this study is anonymous and confidential.

Why take part?

Your personal story will help us improve understandings of the experiences of trans and gender diverse people living with HIV and help us improve HIV support services. What we learn will be used to develop programs which support trans and gender diverse people at Living Positive Victoria and other services.

This project has been approved by La Trobe University’s Human Research Ethics Committee (HEC25086).
