Take charge of your wellbeing during Men's Health Week

In recognition of Men’s Health Week (Monday 9 June – Sunday 15 June), La Trobe Sport is encouraging staff to take a timely break from their desks and get involved in various sport and active recreation activities.

During Men's Health Week, La Trobe Sport are encouraging male staff and colleagues on the Bundoora Campus to take a moment out of their day to try something new such as Reformer Pilates or Small Group Training, or dust off the racquets for a game of squash or table tennis.

For those more adventurous, come down to the Indoor Sports Centre Rock Climbing Wall on Friday 13 June where we’ll have five runs set-up to test your skill, ability and team-work.
