School student prizes awarded

La Trobe's School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Sciences recently celebrated its high achieving students at its annual awards ceremony

The School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Sciences celebrated high-achieving students at its annual Student Prizes Ceremony this month.

Dean of the School, Professor Wenny Rahayu, congratulated the students and thanked the award sponsors.

“Today we recognise the outstanding accomplishments of our students across a broad range of disciplines within our School—including Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics.”

“They are gaining strong foundations in science and technology to tackle real-world challenges. As they move into their careers, they will draw on their learning at La Trobe to deliver practical solutions that drive industry progress and serve the wider community.”
