With 20 years’ experience in the sporting industry, Aaron Greaves chose La Trobe’s Master of Management (Sport Management) to enhance his skills and progress his career.
“As a mature age student, who already had industry experience, the degree allowed me to focus on key areas that I wanted to develop. The Sports Management subjects allowed me to learn from real case studies, look how these were managed and reflect on what I would have done.”

In his current role as Head of Coaching and Performance at the Carlton Football Club in the AFL, Aaron plays a pivotal role in the club’s Leadership and Culture Program, Coach Development and Programming.
“I love working with people and seeing them grow and develop. To see them achieve things that are significant to them and contribute to our team is really rewarding. We have a fantastic environment, that has been built from great people. Turning up and being part of that every day is great feeling.”
