Thrive Health & Wellbeing Podcast - Episode 4 with Jayden Hunter & Rodrigo Bini

In the fourth episode of this series, we’re turning our attention to Australia’s largest health education provider, the La Trobe University Rural Health School.

To learn more about it, we chatted to two lecturers from the Rural Health School’s Allied Health division in Dr. Rodrigo Bini and Dr. Jayden Hunter, who are both based at La Trobe’s Bendigo Campus and specialise in exercise physiology.

Throughout this pod, Rodrigo and Jayden take us through some of the fantastic research being conducted at the La Trobe Rural Health School and some of the opportunities that are being provided to regionally-based students.

We also learn more about how physical activity and exercise supervision programs can improve productivity in the workplace and investigate some of the strategies that can be adopted to assist with the pain often associated with cycling.
