Virtual Dementia Friendly Rural Communities – Increasing Support for Carers of those Living with Dementia

We are pleased to announce the release of the Verily Connect project final report and accompanying toolkit. The project was an implementation and evaluation trial of online technologies aimed at improving social support and connections among carers of people living with dementia in our rural communities. The toolkit is a guide for those who may be interested in establishing and joining our virtual dementia-friendly communities.
