As a result, La Trobe Sport is pleased to announce that we are now launching our very own online fitness classes!
Following on from our #ActivationInIsolation content series, you can join members from across the La Trobe community as we continue to promote the physical and mental benefits of regular physical activity and connectedness.
Featuring a variety of classes ranging from Yoga and Mat Pilates to strength-based training and dance-based classes, La Trobe Sport offers a daily fitness class that can be completed from the comfort of your own home.
The best bit? Our online classes are completely FREE for the first four weeks!^ To join us, simply click the Zoom links below, contact sport@latrobe.edu.au prior to the class to get the password to the class you want to join, set up your streaming device and you are all set to go!
Daily online classes offered by La Trobe Sport are as follows:
- Monday at 12pm: Mat Pilates*
- Tuesday at 12pm: Mindfulness Yoga
- Wednesday at 12pm: HIIT/Strength
- Thursday at 12pm: Mat Pilates
- Friday at 12pm: Zumba (make sure you RVSP each week to sport@latrobe.edu.au to ensure the link is sent to you)
