The library is the beneficiary of a generous bequest made by the Davies family in 2006. The Eunice Margaret and Roy Michael Davies bequests are spent annually to purchase resources for the collection, focusing on women authors and politics.
This year the library purchased Black Women Writers, which presents 100,000 pages of literature and essays on feminist issues written by authors from Africa and the African diaspora. We also purchased the Oxford Research Encyclopedia in Politics, which is designed to present various perspectives on important approaches, issues, and topics, reflective of the tensions and debates that make political science such an exciting field. These resources are available now via Library Search
