La Trobe Sport has decided to extend its online fitness class offering through MindBody in addition to our group fitness classes at the La Trobe Sports Centre. Featuring a variety of classes ranging from Yoga and Mat Pilates to strength-based training and dance-based classes, La Trobe Sport will offer a daily fitness class that can be completed from the comfort of your own home.
Simply book into the class you wish to take part in via Mindbody and an email will be sent to you within 30 minutes of the class start time. The link will be different every week, so please remember to book in advance (at least 30 minutes before the class start time) for each class you want to attend.

- 12:00pm - Mindfulness Yoga with Yong
Wednesday 5 August
- 5:30pm - Vinyasa Flow with Daena
Thursday 6 August
- 12:00pm - HIIT with Em
Friday 7 August
- 12:00pm - Mat Pilates with Niniveh
Saturday 8 August
- 9:00am - HIIT with Aylish
