OUTDOOR GROUP TRAINING
We are excited to be providing our health and fitness community with face-to-face small group training sessions at our new Sports Park precinct. Reconnect with your peers or colleagues post lock down in a variety of class styles including HIIT, conditioning, strength-based training and mobility! Our sessions will be strictly limited to 10 participants (plus one of our amazing trainers), where we will ensure social-distancing and cleanliness measures are adhered to. PERSONAL TRAINING
La Trobe Sport's Personal Training is available to all La Trobe students, staff members and our wider community (including the public)! Our trainers are all highly qualified in fields of strength and conditioning, sports-specific training, functional training and can cater your sessions to all fitness levels.
