Online library research support. No appointment needed.

We can help you with:

  • general guidance on navigating library databases, tools and services
  • questions about metrics, referencing or open access
  • navigating research-related resources
  • connecting with the right person for more complex queries

Who can attend:

These sessions are open to all La Trobe researchers and graduate researchers.

What to expect:

  • We’ll assist on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You’re welcome to drop in and out of the session at any time.
  • If your question is complex or requires follow-up, we may not be able to resolve it during the session, but we’ll make sure the right person gets in touch with you afterwards.
  • If needed, we may use breakout rooms for one-on-one conversations.
